Once our shellfish leave the hatchery in Pocasset, we grow them in nursery systems in North Falmouth, Pocasset and Wareham until they reach 12mm shell height, then we bring them to one of our seed farms in East Falmouth or Orleans.

Once we overwinter our oysters in our proprietary overwintering system, they are planted in the spring on our growout farms in North Falmouth and East Falmouth, where they are grown to full market size (2.5”-3.5”). Please contact us for information about direct sales, supplying for your event or for more information on our farms.

Our bay scallops go through the same nursery systems as our oysters, then they are immediately grown out on our farms in North Falmouth and East Falmouth. These scallops grow fast so please reach out for inquires about direct and wholesale purchases of 2.5”-3” live in-shell bay scallops.
